Fright-Rags has plenty of new collections taking inspiration from classic and modern horror films but a recent announcement for an officially licensed Evil Dead Rise collection has me very excited for April. An Instagram post from yesterday revealed the next big film to be included in a collection with an eerie “You don’t look so good, Mom…” that starts off the caption.

Evil Dead Rise synopsis:

Moving the action out of the woods and into the city, “Evil Dead Rise” tells a twisted tale of two estranged sisters, played by Sutherland and Sullivan, whose reunion is cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival as they face the most nightmarish version of family imaginable.

Fright-Rags Summons Evil Dead Rise in Collection

New Line Cinema and Renaissance Pictures present a return to the iconic horror franchise, Evil Dead Rise, from writer/director Lee Cronin. The movie stars Lily Sullivan, Alyssa Sutherland, Morgan Davies, and Gabrielle Echols and introduces Nell Fisher. The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures and is set to open in theaters in North America on April 21, 2023, and internationally beginning on 19 April 2023.

Fright-Rags has a lot to look forward to such as their recently released collection for the iconic John Carpenter film, The Thing. Looking at that collection made me very excited with all the hoodies and comforting clothes to help you withstand the cold weather…but maybe not an alien invasion. Future collections joining the lineups at the company include House by the Cemetery out on March 22nd & Beetlejuice out on March 29th.

The Evil Dead Rise collection is the latest announcement from the brand and celebrates the warm welcome received by a number of critics after its premiere at SXSW 2023. I’ll be sure to be on the lookout for more collection info in the near future, in the meantime let’s wait on reading anything from any decrepit or demonic-looking flesh-bound books. Mother’s Day may get a tad more horrific this year with a mother like the one in this film. Let me know what you think of the collection in the comments below!
