FOX’s Bob’s Burgers is bringing us a story centered on Teddy (Larry Murphy) this new year and he needs some help from his best bud. The fourteenth season continues this Sunday after a small break for the holidays. In episode 11, Teddy gets stuck in an underground survival bunker, and he calls on Bob (H. Jon Benjamin) to find him and get him out in the “Mission Impossi-Bob” episode of Bob’s Burgers, airing Sunday, Jan 7 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

This season of  Bob’s Burgers has been an unusual one for the animated series, it lacked its usual iconic Thanksgiving-centered episode. While some parts of a typical season have been absent, the Belcher’s adorable and chaotic life has been plentiful. As usual, we have John Roberts (Linda Belcher), Kristen Schaal (Louise Belcher), Eugene Mirman (Gene Belcher), and Dan Mintz (Tina Belcher).  Returning guest voices have included Megan Mullally, Rachel Dratch, Jillian Bell, Billy Eichner, and Sarah Silverman. It’s been interesting to see this series develop and grow over the years. Past episodes and more can be found on either FOX or Hulu and for some outside of the U.S., it can be found on Disney+.

There are plenty of fantastic episodes involving Teddy, but there tend to be specific ones I recommend. Those episodes include “Crawl Space” from season one, “The Deepening” from season three, “Uncle Teddy” from season 4, and “Frigate Me Knot” from the eleventh season. Bob’s Burgers is produced by 20th Television Animation. The series was created and is executive-produced by Loren Bouchard. Nora Smith, Dan Fybel, Rich Rinaldi, Greg Thompson, Jon Schroeder, Steven Davis, Scott Jacobson, Holly Schlesinger, Wendy Molyneux, and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin also serve as executive producers. The series was co-developed by Jim Dauterive. Episode 11, “Mission Impossi-Bob”, will air on Sunday, Jan 7 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX and will be available to watch the next day on Hulu.
